ART SALE, Item #1...Old Town

I need to sell some of my ART and I hate to do it, but I must as I am in need of some cash!  This is one of my favorite ones  it is called, Old Town and is just a picture I did in Pen and Ink of what I think or maybe remember of what somewhere a building sits as a Church, library or something in the old part of town.. This picture, in its wood frame, has been in many ART Shows, it has hung in San Francisco at the City Hall in the Art Commission Gallery in 2006 and then again in 2007 from the months of August to December in the INSIGHT Art Show, it also was in ARTSLAM a media art show.  This drawing took me over 100 hours to do as I put in each little dot or mark to make this great picture.  The Photo does not show it in its pure form as it is on a white paper and done in black ink.  The drawing itself is 9 1/2 by 11 1/2 and then in its frame it is 14 by 17.  The frame is a black wood, with a red wood type mat  it is in.  It would and I am only guessing the cost of shipping by mail priority @ $30 and Parcel @ $20.  As I said I need the Cash and I willing to sell this great piece for only $100, plus you pay the shipping.  You can pay by Check...Money Order, PayPal, or  buy a cash card and send it to me.   Do not miss this deal and look at all the others on my Sight, How Otiss See's
